Building Standard definition
Building Standard means the type, brand, quality and/or quantity of materials Landlord designates from time-to-time to be the minimum quality and/or quantity to be used in the Building or the exclusive type, grade, quality and/or quantity of material to be used in the Building.
Building Standard means the quality and quantity of materials, finishes, ways and means, and workmanship specified from time to time by Landlord as being standard for leasehold improvements at the Building or for other areas at the Building, as applicable.

Except for elevator service to the floor on which the Storage Space is located and Building Standard lighting, HVAC and electricity in the Storage Space, Tenant acknowledges and agrees that there shall be no other services whatsoever provided to the Storage Space.

More Definitions of Building Standard
Building Standard means the scope and quality of leasehold improvements, Building systems or Building services, as the context may require, generally offered from time to time to all office tenants of the Building.
Building Standard means the type and grade of material, equipment and/or device designated by Lessor as standard for the Building. All items are Building Standard unless otherwise noted. The provisions of Article 6 of the Lease shall apply to any alterations made to the Premises after the initial work to be performed herein.
Building Standard when applied to an item, shall mean such item as has been designated by Landlord (orally or in writing) as generally applicable throughout the leased portions of the Building.
Building Standard means the level of service or type of equipment standard in the Building or the type, brand and/or quality of materials Landlord designates from time to time to be the minimum type, brand and/or quality to be used in the Building or the exclusive type, grade or quality of material to be used in the Building.
Building Standard. The quantity and quality of materials, finishes and workmanship from time to time specified by Landlord for use throughout the Building. “Above Standard” means all improvements, fixtures, materials, finishes and workmanship which exceed Building Standard in terms of quantity or quality (or both), including but not limited to Supplemental HVAC Equipment, defined below; water heaters, instant hot faucets, garbage disposals, dishwashers, stoves, microwaves, refrigerators, ice machines, coffee machines, washing machines, dryers or other appliances; and sinks, sink fixtures, sink drain lines, appliance drain lines, water source plumbing, ground fault interrupters, dedicated outlets or other similar plumbing and/or electrical fixtures or items.
Building Standard means the standards for a particular item selected from time to time by Landlord for the Building or such other standards as may be mutually agreed upon between Landlord and Tenant in writing.
Building Standard means a building standard as defined in Section 18909 of the Health and Safety Code which is adopted by the commission.
