Bond Factor definition

Bond Factor means the remaining of the capital outstanding over the interest period in relation to the original amount issued. The fraction made up by the Bond factor is expressed in a number with twelve (12) decimal places, starting at “1” and ending at “0” at maturity;
Bond Factor. With respect to any Class of Bonds, as of any date of determination, a fraction, expressed as a decimal carried to six places, the numerator of which is the then aggregate Principal Amount of such Class, and the denominator of which is the initial aggregate Principal Amount of such Class.
Bond Factor. The percentage of the original principal amount of each bond outstanding set forth in the most recent securities remittance certificate with respect to such bond as the “Bond Factor.”
