Bond Funds definition

Bond Funds means money received from the sale of bonds by the issuer.
Bond Funds means money in the county treasury received from the sale of bonds, and proceeds of bonds that have been voted but that have not been issued and delivered.
Bond Funds means, collectively, any Bond Funds created under the respective Project Indentures.

  • Nothing in this section shall be interpreted as a limitation on the State of California’s use of California Bond Funding, or funds collected pursuant to the California Klamath Surcharge and deposited into the California Copco 1 and 2 and Iron Gate Dams Trust Account, for environmental review; provided the use of any funds from California Copco 1 and 2 and Iron Gate Dams Trust Account may be offset by California Bond Funds to achieve the target dates set forth in Section 7.3.
