Bond Interest Account definition

Bond Interest Account means the Account of that name established within the Revenue Fund pursuant to Section 6.02 hereof.

  • Funds invested for the Bond Interest Account, the Sinking Fund and the Rebate Fund shall mature prior to the time the funds invested will be needed for payment of principal and interest on the Bonds or rebate to the United States government.
