Bond Jumbo Certificate definition

Bond Jumbo Certificate means proof of issuance of the Bonds maintained at KSEI and issued in the name of KSEI for the benefit of the Bondholders.
Bond Jumbo Certificate means proof of issuance of the Sukuk Ijarah maintained at KSEI and issued in the name of KSEI for the benefit of the Sukuk Ijarah Holders.
Bond Jumbo Certificate means the evidence of issue of Bond deposited with KSEI Collective Custody issued on the name of KSEI for the interest of the Bond Holder.

  • Class A-PO Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-PO and Exhibit C hereto.
