Bonus Offers means the offering of any goods, services, eBooks or other benefit whatsoever whether or not of any real or perceived benefit or value as an incentive to the customer to purchase the goods or services of the Company.

Examples of Bonus Offers in a sentence

  • The new plan fee and entitlements (including value-added service (the "VAS"), if any) under this Agreement will be effective on the bill cycle date following the expiry of the Old Agreement, and the bonus offers including free voice minutes, mobile data usage and other special offers, if any (the "Bonus Offers") will be effective immediately from the commencement date of this Agreement.

  • If you have returns or refunds more than Points earned from Qualifying Purchases, Rent payment, or Bonus Offers, then the associated Points will be deducted from your total Point balance and may result in a negative Point balance.

Related to Bonus Offers

  • Bonus means the bonus described in the Section 2.3.

  • Annual Bonus shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(b) hereof.

  • Incentive Compensation means any compensation that is granted, earned or vested based wholly or in part upon the attainment of a Financial Reporting Measure.

  • Annual Incentive Award means an Award made subject to attainment of performance goals (as described in Section 14) over a performance period of up to one year (the Company’s fiscal year, unless otherwise specified by the Committee).
