Bonus Options definition

Bonus Options. The Bonus Options shall be granted, if at all, on the dates of delivery to the Company and Norton of the EBITDA Notice and EBITDA Statement (pursuant to Section 2.02(b)(i) of the Purchase Agreement) for the applicable Year and shall have an exercise price per share equal to the fair market value of the Common Stock on the date of grant.
