Borrower Assignment definition

Borrower Assignment means an assignment substantially in the form of Exhibit D hereto, executed by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent with respect to a CFC Loan which has been assigned to the Borrower pursuant to a CFC Assignment, or such other form acceptable to the Administrative Agent and the Required Lenders.

Borrower Assignment means an assignment substantially in the form of Exhibit G hereto, executed by the Borrower in favor of and delivered to Agent with respect to a CFC Loan which has been assigned to the Borrower pursuant to a CFC Assignment, or such other form acceptable to Agent.
