Assignment by the Borrower. The rights of the Borrower under the provisions hereof are purely personal and may not be transferred or assigned, and the Borrower may not transfer or assign any of its obligations, such assignment being null and of no effect opposite the Lenders and rendering any balance outstanding of the amounts referred to in Section 14.2 immediately due and exigible at the option of the Lenders and further releasing the Lenders from any obligation to make any further Advances under the provisions hereof.
Assignment by the Borrower. The Borrower may not assign any rights and/or obligations under this agreement without the prior written consent of the Lender.
Assignment by the Borrower. The Borrowers and any other Security Party may not assign and/or transfer any rights and obligations under this Agreement or any of the other Security Documents or any documents executed pursuant to this Agreement and/or the other Security Documents without the prior written consent of the Bank, at its discretion.
Assignment by the Borrower. The rights of the Borrower and each other Obligor under the provisions hereof may not be transferred or assigned (except by operation of law as may be permitted pursuant to Section 14.10), and no Obligor may transfer or assign any of its obligations, any such assignment being null and void and of no effect against the Agent and the Lenders and rendering any balance outstanding of the Loan Obligations immediately due and payable at the option of the Lenders and further releasing the Lenders from any obligation to make any further Advances under the provisions hereof.
Assignment by the Borrower. Neither this Note nor any of the rights, interests or obligations hereunder may be assigned, by operation of law or otherwise, in whole or in part, by the Borrower without the prior written consent of the Required Lenders.
Assignment by the Borrower. (a) The Borrower has no right neither to assign his rights nor to transfer his obligations under the Financial Documents without the preliminary consent of all Creditors.
Assignment by the Borrower. This Loan Agreement may not be assigned by the Borrower for any reason, unless the following conditions shall be satisfied:

The rights of the Borrower under the provisions of the Credit Agreement are purely personal and may not be transferred or assigned, and the Borrower may not transfer or assign any of its obligations, such assignment being null and of no effect opposite the Tranche A Lenders and rendering any balance outstanding of the amounts referred to in Section 14.2 of the Credit Agreement immediately due and payable at the option of the Tranche A Lenders and further releasing the Tranche A Lenders from any obligation to make any further Tranche A Advances under the provisions of this Schedule “P”.
