The termination date established by a termination notice shall be a date no earlier than the standard settlement date that would apply to a purchase or sale of the Loaned Securities, which date shall be determined in accordance with the terms of the Borrower Agreement.
Upon receipt of such notice, the Bank shall notify the appropriate Borrower for return of the Loaned Securities in accordance with the terms of the Borrower Agreement.
Promptly following receipt of any Additional Borrower Agreement the Administrative Agent shall send a copy thereof to each Lender.
