Borrower Interest Rate Cap Party definition

Borrower Interest Rate Cap Party means the Representative Borrower or any other Individual Borrower selected by Borrower and party to any Interest Rate Cap Agreement or Replacement Interest Rate Cap Agreement, as may be in effect from time to time, in accordance with the terms hereof.
