Borrower Stock definition

Borrower Stock means Common Stock and such Preferred Stock, if any, as may be outstanding from time to time.
Borrower Stock means any and all shares of the capital stock of, or other ownership interests in, any Borrower that may now or hereafter be issued by such Borrower.
Borrower Stock means the common stock of Borrower as authorized and constituted as of the Closing Date.
