Borrower Stock definition

Borrower Stock means Common Stock and such Preferred Stock, if any, as may be outstanding from time to time.
Borrower Stock means any and all shares of the capital stock of, or other ownership interests in, any Borrower that may now or hereafter be issued by such Borrower.
Borrower Stock means the shares of the capital stock of the Borrower.

  • In addition, to perfect security interests by Secured Party’s possession, Borrower will deliver to Secured Party the Collateral, with a separate endorsement signed in blank, and a certificate representing the Borrower Stock, together with stock powers endorsed in blank sufficient to effect a transfer of such stock.
