Examples of U.S. Borrowers in a sentence
U.S. Borrowers shall be jointly and severally liable to pay all of the U.S. Revolver Loans.
In addition, each of the U.S. Borrowers and the Dutch Borrower shall pay directly to each L/C Issuer for its own account with respect to each Letter of Credit issued to such Borrower the customary issuance, presentation, amendment and other processing fees, and other standard costs and charges, of such L/C Issuer relating to letters of credit as from time to time in effect.
