Borrowing Base Notice definition

Borrowing Base Notice means a written notice sent to the Company by the Agent notifying the Company of the Calculated Borrowing Base and the Borrowing Base determined by the Banks for the upcoming Borrowing Base Period.

Borrowing Base Notice has the meaning set out in Section 2.23(1).
