Borrowing Base Certificate definition

Borrowing Base Certificate means a certificate of a Financial Officer of the Borrower, substantially in the form of Exhibit B or such other form as is reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent and appropriately completed.
Borrowing Base Certificate means a certificate, duly executed by a Responsible Officer of Borrower Representative, appropriately completed and substantially in the form of Exhibit C hereto.
Borrowing Base Certificate means a certificate in the form of Exhibit B-1.

More Definitions of Borrowing Base Certificate

Borrowing Base Certificate means a certificate setting forth the calculation of the Borrowing Base as of the applicable date of determination substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto, prepared by the Servicer.
