Following the completion of such Inventory count, and in any event by the next date required for the delivery of a Borrowing Base Certificate hereunder, the Borrowers shall deliver the results of such physical inventory to the Administrative Agent and shall post such results to the Loan Parties’ stock ledgers and general ledgers, as applicable.
