Bowdoin National Wildlife Refuge or "Refuge" means those lands and interests in lands located in Montana that were acquired pursuant to or withdrawn and reserved by Executive Order No. 7295 of February 14, 1936, and Executive Order No. 8592 of November 12, 1940, for purposes of providing a refuge and breeding ground for migratory bird and other wildlife.
