This ordinance incorporates by reference the following rules, regulations, and laws as set forth in Wisconsin Statutes and the Wisconsin Administrative Code governing the location, construction and use of a Private Onsite Wastewater Treatment System, (referred to herein as “POWTS”): Chapters 145 and 146, Wisconsin Statutes; Chapters NR 112 and NR 113, and SPS 362.2900(2), 381, 383, 385, 387, and 391 of the Wisconsin Administrative Code.
