BPA REGIONAL REPRESENTATIVE means an individual appointed by Client pursuant to the Framework Agreement;
BPA REGIONAL REPRESENTATIVE means the individual appointed by BPA pursuant to this Agreement;
Departmental Representative means the person designated in the Contract, or by written notice to the Contractor, to act as the Departmental Representative for the purposes of the Contract, and includes a person, designated and authorized in writing by the Departmental Representative to the Contractor;
Personal representative means the person or persons who, upon the disability or incompetence of a Participant, shall have acquired on behalf of the Participant, by legal proceeding or otherwise, the power to exercise the rights or receive benefits under this Plan and who shall have become the legal representative of the Participant.

Principal representative means a senior official of the United States Government serving in a foreign country who has been designated by the Secretary of State as occupying a position of such importance that the Government should defray the unusual expenses incident to the operation and maintenance of his/her official residence.
Designated Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 6(j)(v) of this Agreement.
public representative means an individual who is not a member, former member, student or former student of any accounting body;
Designated Representatives means the Subordination Agent Representatives, the Trustee Representatives and the Provider Representatives identified under Section 2.5.
Department Representative means an individual who represents the Department and presents the Department’s position in a hearing.
Legal representative means a person who in law represents the estate of a deceased person, and includes any person who intermeddles with the estate of the deceased, and, where a party acts in a representative character, the person on whom the estate devolves on the death of the party so acting;
Appointed Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 10.1.
Company Representative means the person or persons appointed and approved in writing from time to time by the Company to act on its behalf for overall co- ordination.
Successor personal representative means a personal representative, other than a special administrator, who is appointed to succeed a previously appointed personal representative.
Contractor’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Contractor for the purposes of the Contract. The initial Contractor’s representative is as indicated in the Form of Agreement.
Representative means with respect to a particular Person, any director, officer, manager, employee, agent, consultant, advisor, accountant, financial advisor, legal counsel or other representative of that Person.
Principal’s Representative means the person nominated by the Principal or other person from time to time appointed in writing by the Principal to act as the Principal’s Representative for the purposes of the Contract.
District Representative means the Superintendent of the District, or any other person authorized by the Governing Board of the District to act on behalf of the District under or with respect to this Facilities Lease.
Project Representative means the individual(s), including but not limited to the Resident Engineer, to whom the Authority Representative has delegated Project responsibilities. If a Project Representative is appointed, the Project Representative represents the Authority Representative on the Project within the limits of that delegation with respect to any part of the Work.
Bargaining representative means a labor organization recognized by an employer or certified by the commission as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative of certain employees of the employer.
Association Representative A member of the Association, who has been designated as a representative by the Association or a staff person of the Association.
authorized LEA representative means a LEA administrator designated to be responsible for NPS/A. It is understood, a representative of the Special Education Plan Local Area (SELPA) of which the LEA is a member is an authorized LEA representative in collaboration with the LEA. The LEA maintains sole responsibility for the contract, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
Procurement Representative means the person authorized by ULA’s cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
Independent representative means a person who:
Authorized Company Representative means each person at the time designated to act on behalf of the Company by written certificate furnished to the Authority and the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Company by its President, any Vice President or its Treasurer, together with its Secretary or any Assistant Secretary.
Engineer’s Representative means the official in the civil/ electrical engineering department who is authorized to be in-charge of the work to which these presents relate. It shall include any other official nominated to attend to the supervision of day to day execution of the work to which this CONTRACT relates.
Foreign personal representative means a personal representative appointed by another jurisdiction.
Registered Representative is defined as a duly registered representative of Broker-Dealer, in good standing, with the authority to sell Contracts as required by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (hereinafter “FINRA”) and who is appointed as a non exclusive agent of the Company and properly licensed and appointed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and the Company’s Licensing, Appointment and Registration policy, as amended from time to time.
