Principal’s Representative definition

Principal’s Representative means the person nominated by the Principal or other person from time to time appointed in writing by the Principal to act as the Principal’s Representative for the purposes of the Contract.
Principal’s Representative means the person identified as such in the Engagement Documents or otherwise notified to the Supplier verbally or in writing from time to time;
Principal’s Representative means the person named in the Special Conditions or such other person from time to time nominated by the Principal under 3.1.

  • No amendment, waiver, termination or variation of the terms, conditions, warranties, covenants, agreements and undertakings set out herein will be of any force or effect unless the same is reduced to writing duly executed by the Parties hereto in the same manner and with the same formality as this Agreement is executed; however, amendments, other than to Sections 6 and 7, may be executed by the Principals’ Representative on behalf of the Vendors.

  • This Agreement may only be amended by written agreement signed by each Party hereto, however, amendments, other than to section 7, may be executed by the Principals’ Representative on behalf of the Principals.


More Definitions of Principal’s Representative

Principal’s Representative means the person identified in the Engagement Documents or otherwise notified to the Supplier pursuant to clause 8.1;

Principal’s Representative means the individual specified in Item 2 of the Reference Schedule or such other person as is notified in writing by the Principal to the Operator as the Principal's Representative for the purposes of this Agreement.
