Brand Manual definition

Brand Manual means the manual provided by Travelife for use of the Travelife Brand and Logos, in accordance with these Terms;
Brand Manual means Everest’s generally applicable guidelines for the form in which the Everest Licensed Trademarks are presented, set forth on Schedule 1.1(1), including any amendments or updates thereto that are generally adopted by Everest and provided in writing to Newco from time to time.
Brand Manual means the manual to be issued by the Authority setting out, among other things, the rules and specifications for the reproduction and use of marks, designations and logos in connection with AC 34 (including the rules and specifications applicable to the use of the Event name and of any Event Logo by the City and/or the Committee).
