BRANDING KIT definition

BRANDING KIT means the mandatory branding guidelines concerning the FIVB LOGO, the EVENT logo, the FINALS logo and other Look/Brand elements. It is issued by the FIVB TV & Marketing Department and includes the FIVB Brand & Graphic Guidelines to be communicated to the ORGANISER in due course.
BRANDING KIT means the mandatory brand and graphic guidelines concerning the MARKS and other Look/Brand elements. It includes the FIVB World Championships Brand & Graphic Guidelines to be communicated to the ORGANISER in due course.

Extended Enterprise Users are authorized if so specified in the Product Portfolio.

  • Software Products means any and all Software that is or has been distributed by the Division or Division Subsidiaries and their predecessors, and any similar products developed or under development by Seller relating to the Business as of the date of the Agreement, and all documentation, packaging materials, promotional materials, and training materials relating to any of the foregoing.

  • Pharmaceutical Product shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(hh).

  • Competing Products means any product or service in existence or under development that competes with any product or service of the Company Group about which the Participant obtained Confidential Information or for which the Participant provided advisory services or had sales, origination, marketing, production, distribution, research or development responsibilities in the last twenty-four (24) months of employment with the Company Group.
