The Sub-Adviser agrees that the Investment Adviser or its affiliates are the sole owners of the Adviser Brand, and any and all goodwill in the Adviser Brand arising from the use of the Adviser Brand shall inure solely to the benefit of the Investment Adviser.
Without limiting the foregoing, this license shall have no effect on the Trust’s ownership rights of the works within which the Adviser Brand shall be used.
