Branding with Type definition

Branding with Type means Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, its successors and assignees, its parent and affiliated corporations, its authorized distributors, and any third party which has licensed to Branding with Type any or all of the components of the Font Software supplied to the Licensee.

Examples of Branding with Type in a sentence

  • The termination of the XXXX shall not preclude Branding with Type from suing the Licensee for damages of any breach of the XXXX.

  • Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.

The general obligation issue category includes any issuer that is directly or indirectly guaranteed by the State or its political subdivisions. Utility issuers are included in the general obligation issue category if the issuer is directly or indirectly guaranteed by the State or its political subdivisions.
