BridgeStreet Common Stock means the shares of Common Stock, $0.01 par value, of BridgeStreet.

  • If, after the Effective Time, certificates representing such Shares are presented to the Surviving Corporation, they shall be cancelled and exchanged for cash or certificates representing the shares of BridgeStreet Common Stock into which they were converted, or both, as provided herein.
