Bridging Document definition

Bridging Document means a written document which defines how two or more Management Systems co-exist to allow cooperation and coordination on matters of health, safety and environmental protection between different parties, usually between an Authorised Person and its Sub-Contractors, cross-referencing the detailed procedures which will be used and defines the responsibilities, accountabilities and work activities of the various parties; (m)“Calendar Month” means any of the twelve months of a Calendar Year;(n) “Calendar Quarter” means a period of three consecutive Calendar Months commencing on the first day of January, April, July or October of any Calendar Year; (o) “Certificate of Verification of Construction and Installation” means a certificate certifying that a Verifying Body is satisfied in relation to the construction of a Facility and its installation Onshore, that adequate and satisfactory inspection was carried out during the construction and installation and that;

Bridging Document means the document used to align Contractor’s and Company’s “Safe Work” documents, standards, policies, procedures, and practices, which shall be agreed upon between the Parties after execution of the Agreement, but prior to the commencement of any Work at a Site. The form of “Bridging Document” is attached hereto as Attachment A-1.
