Examples of Brighthouse Products in a sentence

  • Broker shall offer Brighthouse Products only in those states where it has valid licenses (to the extent licensing is required) at the time of solicitation and sale, has completed legally required educational requirements, if any, and is otherwise in good standing with each state agency that regulates the sale of the Brighthouse Products.

  • Subject to the provisions of this Agreement regarding Confidential Information and upon reasonable notice given, Broker shall make available to Brighthouse for examination, review and/or audit its files, books and records pertaining to its obligations under this Agreement and respecting Brighthouse Products and insureds.

  • Broker shall cooperate fully in any regulatory investigation or proceeding or judicial proceeding arising in connection with the offer, sale and/or servicing of Brighthouse Products.

  • Similarly, Broker shall not use any information related to Brighthouse or Brighthouse Products on any Web site without the prior written consent of Brighthouse.

  • This Agreement replaces and supersedes all other agreements (written and oral) between Broker and Brighthouse to the extent that any such agreement pertains to the Brighthouse Products and services specified in Schedule 3.1. This Agreement is valid only when it is signed by authorized officers of Brighthouse and it can only be changed (or its provisions waived) on Brighthouse’s behalf only by authorized officers pursuant to a signed writing.

  • Broker shall not engage in the systematic replacement of any insurance products, including the replacement of Brighthouse Products.

  • Broker must promptly give written notice to Brighthouse if the Broker’s license is canceled, suspended, or revoked, or if Broker or a Brighthouse‐contracted Broker is otherwise placed under a legal prohibition from offering the Brighthouse Products or other similar products in one or more jurisdictions.

  • Broker shall comply with all marketing and underwriting guidelines of Brighthouse applicable to the Brighthouse Products.

  • Broker acknowledges, as stated in Article V of this Agreement, that Brighthouse will make all underwriting decisions with respect to Brighthouse Products.

  • Tobacco products means cigars, cigarettes, cheroots, stogies, periques, granulated, plug cut, crimp cut, ready rubbed, and other smoking tobacco, snuff, snuff flour, moist snuff, cavendish, ping and twist tobacco, fine-cut and other chewing tobaccos, shorts, refuse scraps, clippings, cuttings and sweepings of tobacco, and other kinds and forms of tobacco, prepared in such manner as to be suitable for chewing or smoking in a pipe or otherwise, or both for chewing and smoking.

  • Steel Products means products rolled, formed, shaped, drawn, extruded, forged, cast, fabricated or otherwise similarly processed, or processed by a combination of two or more or such operations, from steel made by the open heath, basic oxygen, electric furnace, Bessemer or other steel making process.

  • Hemp products means all products made from industrial hemp,

  • Existing Products Tangible Products and intangible licensed Products that exist prior to the commencement of work under the contract. Existing Products must be identified on the Product prior to commencement of work or else will be presumed to be Custom Products.

  • Marijuana products means concentrated marijuana products and marijuana products that are comprised of marijuana and other ingredients and are intended for use or consumption, such as, but not limited to, edible products, ointments, and tinctures.

  • New Products means any product which is not an Enhanced Product or 2 Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an Existing Product with respect to design and function and possesses reasonable performance improvements. If Company desires to purchase an Enhanced or New Product(s) from Supplier, Company shall so notify Supplier and provide Supplier the opportunity to manufacture such Enhanced or New Product(s), subject to the following conditions and procedures.

  • Eligible production company means that term as defined under section 455 of the Michigan business tax act, 2007 PA 36, MCL 208.1455.

  • SAP Products means Software, Documentation, SAP Materials, Services, Subscription Services, Cloud Services and Maintenance Services. “SAP SDK” means SAP software development kit that includes tools such as APIs, source code, redistributable files and instructions. “Services” means SAP’s then-current services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Eligible Products collectively means certain Dell and Dell EMC hardware, software product(s) and services related to the Dell Technologies Client Solutions Group (“CSG”) and Infrastructure Solutions Group (“ISG”) lines of business in the product categories (each an “Eligible Product Category”).   • Red Hat Products means Software, Services, Subscriptions and other Red Hat branded offerings made available by Red Hat.

  • Financial Products “Development Services”; “Target Market”; “Investment Areas”; and “Targeted Populations” have the meanings ascribed to such terms in 12 C.F.R. 1805.104.

  • Specialty Drugs means high-cost injectables, infused, oral, or inhaled Prescription Drugs for the ongoing treatment of a chronic condition, including but not limited to, the following: Hemophilia, Hepatitis C, Multiple Sclerosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriasis, Crohn’s Disease, Cancer (oral medications), and Growth Hormones. These Prescription Drugs usually require specialized handling (such as refrigeration). Spouse means a person of the same or opposite sex who is legally married to Subscriber under the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which the marriage took place. A marriage legally entered into in another jurisdiction will be recognized as a marriage in the District of Columbia.

  • Sole source procurement means a procurement without competition pursuant to a determination under Subsection 63G-6a-802(1)(a) that there is only one source for the procurement item.

  • NEC Electronics products means any product developed or manufactured by or for NEC Electronics (as defined above).
