BriteSmile Procedure definition

BriteSmile Procedure means a teeth whitening procedure performed with a BriteSmile System.
BriteSmile Procedure means a teeth whitening procedure using Buyer's authorized light activated teeth whitening system and materials, as authorized by Buyer's policies as in effect from time to time.

  • One BriteSmile Procedure performed on each of 127 BriteSmile Systems located at the Centers would equal $3,175 of Variable Payments if the Variable Payments were computed at a rate of $25.00 per procedure.

  • Except as provided in Sections 4(b) and 4(c) of this Agreement, BriteSmile shall pay to CAP an amount equal to $25.00 for each BriteSmile Procedure performed at the Centers from May 11, 2006 to the Maturity Date (the "Variable Payments").

  • In the event that this purchase option is not exercised, BriteSmile shall, from time to time at EVL's request, sell to EVL, for resale to the Associated Center where the Leased System is located, such Key Cards, Gels, Procedure Kits and other BriteSmile Materials as are necessary to perform a BriteSmile Procedure with the Leased System.

  • Complaints Procedure means the School's procedure for handling complaints from parents, as amended from time to time for legal or other substantive reasons, or in order to assist the proper administration of the School. It does not form part of the contract between you and the School. A copy of the most up-to-date procedure is on the School's website and is otherwise available from the School at any time upon request;

The form of alternative dispute resolution chosen pursuant to this article may be binding or nonbinding, with the voluntary consent of the parties.

  • Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.
