Expedited Dispute Timetable definition

Expedited Dispute Timetable means the timetable set out in paragraph 164 of Call Off Schedule 11 (Dispute Resolution Procedure);
Expedited Dispute Timetable means the accelerated timetable for the resolution of disputes as set out in paragraph 2.6;
Expedited Dispute Timetable the reduced timetable for the resolution of Disputes set out in Paragraph 3 of Schedule 8.3 (Dispute Resolution Procedure);

Examples of Expedited Dispute Timetable in a sentence

  • If the Parties are unable to reach agreement on whether to use of the Expedited Dispute Timetable within five (5) Working Days of the issue of the Dispute Notice, the use of the Expedited Dispute Timetable shall be at the sole discretion of the Customer.

  • If the Customer fails to set such a revised deadline then the use of the Expedited Dispute Timetable shall cease and the normal time periods shall apply from that point onwards.

  • In exceptional circumstances where the use of the times in this Call Off Schedule 11 would be considered unreasonable by the Parties, including (by way of example) where one Party would be materially disadvantaged by a delay in resolving the Dispute, the Parties may agree to use the Expedited Dispute Timetable.

  • The Dispute Notice shall set out: the material particulars of the Dispute; the reasons why the Party serving the Dispute Notice believes that the Dispute has arisen; and if the Party serving the Dispute Notice believes that the Dispute should be dealt with under the Expedited Dispute Timetable as set out in paragraph 7 of this Call Off Schedule 11, the reason why.

  • If the Parties are unable to reach agreement on whether to use of the Expedited Dispute Timetable within five (5) Working Days of the issue of the Dispute Notice, the use of the Expedited Dispute Timetable shall be at the sole discretion of the Authority.

Expedited Dispute Timetable means the timetable set out in paragraph 5 of Schedule 12 (Dispute Resolution Procedure);

Expedited Dispute Timetable means the reduced timetable for the resolution of Disputes set out in the Appendix to Schedule 8.3 (Dispute Resolution Procedure) to be used in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 1.6 of Schedule 8.3 (Dispute Resolution Timetable).
