Broadband Access definition

Broadband Access means Internet connectivity between an Internet subscriber's location and up to and including the backbone and any GSP through DSL access or other forms of high speed access with one or more speeds at least one of which is at least 144 kilobits per second downstream, including connectivity by means of coaxial cable, wireless and satellite transmissions.
