Broader Public Sector Procurement Directive definition

Broader Public Sector Procurement Directive means the Broader Public Sector Procurement Directive issued under the Broader Public Sector Accountability Act S.O. 2010 Chapter 25, as amended from time to time.
Broader Public Sector Procurement Directive means the Broader Public Sector Procurement Directive issued by the Management Board of Cabinet, effective July 1, 2011.
Broader Public Sector Procurement Directive means BPS Procurement Directive, which replaces the BPS Supply Chain Guideline issued by the Ministry of Finance in 2009 and updated on July 1, 2011.
