Brokerage Arrangements. The Purchaser has not entered (directly or indirectly) into any agreement with any Person that would obligate the Seller or any of their Affiliates to pay any commission, brokerage or “finder’s fee” or other similar fee in connection with this Agreement, or the transactions contemplated hereby.
Brokerage Arrangements. The Partnership has not entered, directly or indirectly, into any agreement with any person, firm or corporation that would obligate the P66 Parties or any of their Affiliates (other than the Partnership) to pay any commission, brokerage or “finder’s fee” or other fee in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.

No Recipient has entered, directly or indirectly, into any agreement with any person, firm or corporation that would obligate the Contributors or any of their affiliates (other than the Recipients) to pay any commission, brokerage or “finder’s fee” or other fee in connection with this Agreement or the Transactions.

Neither Transferee nor any of its Affiliates has entered, directly or indirectly, into any contract or arrangement with any Person that would obligate Transferor to pay any commission, brokerage or “finder’s fee” or other fee in connection with this Agreement, the other Contribution Documents or the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby.

None of the Partnership Parties have entered (directly or indirectly) into any agreement with any person, firm or corporation that would obligate the Contributing Parties, any of its Affiliates (other than the Partnership Parties) or any SNG Entity or CIG Entity to pay any commission, brokerage or “finder’s fee” or other fee in connection with this Agreement, the Contribution Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby.
Brokerage Arrangements. The Partnership has not entered, directly or indirectly, into any Contract with any Person that would obligate Rice or any of its Affiliates to pay any commission, brokerage or “finder’s fee” or other similar fee in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.
Brokerage Arrangements. None of the Contributors has entered, directly or indirectly, into any agreement with any person, firm or corporation that would obligate MLP to pay any commission, brokerage or “finder’s fee” or other fee in connection with this Agreement or the Transactions.
Brokerage Arrangements. No broker has acted on behalf of the Subscriber in connection with this Agreement, and there are no brokerage commissions, finders’ fees or commissions payable in connection herewith based on any agreement, arrangement or understanding with the Subscriber or any action taken by the Subscriber.

None of the Contributing Parties or their Affiliates has entered (directly or indirectly) into any agreement with any Person that would obligate the Partnership Parties, SemCrude Pipeline or White Cliffs Pipeline to pay any commission, brokerage or “finder’s fee” or other fee in connection with this Agreement, the Contributing Parties Ancillary Documents or the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby.
Brokerage Arrangements. None of the Partnership Parties has entered (directly or indirectly) into any agreement with any Person that would obligate the Partnership Parties or any of their Affiliates to pay any commission, brokerage or “finder’s fee” or other similar fee in connection with this Agreement, the CCA Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby.
