Brokerage Trades shall have the meaning given in subsection 3.1.16 of this Agreement.
Brokerage means the provision by a third party of services, for a fee, to source Sub-Contractors to provide the Services on behalf of the Provider.
Broker means any person engaged in the business of effecting transactions in securities for the account of others.

Commissions means the Commissions with Jurisdiction over the Issuer (as defined on page 4) and the securities commissions incorporated in the definition of this term in other parts of the Subscription Agreement;
Dealer Manager Fee means the fee from the sale of Shares in a Primary Offering, payable to the Dealer Manager for serving as the dealer manager of such Primary Offering.
Finder means a person who, for consideration, participates in the offer to sell, sale, or purchase of securities by locating, introducing, or referring potential purchasers or sellers. Finder does not include a person whose actions are solely incidental to a transaction exempt pursuant to section 202(1)(r). The administrator may by rule or order exclude other persons from this definition.
Real Estate-Related Securities shall have the meaning set forth in the Charter.
Commodity Broker means any person who engages in the business of effecting transactions in Commodity Contracts for the account of others or for his or her own account.
Dealer Managers shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble.
Broker Fee shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2(b)(v).
Dealer Manager Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble.
Physical Commodities means any physical commodity with respect to which a Commodity Interest is traded on a market specified in the definition of Commodity Shares above.
BofA Securities means BofA Securities, Inc.
brokerage and research services shall have the meaning given in the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and the rules and regulations thereunder.
Commodities means positions in Commodity Contracts, forward contracts, foreign exchange positions and traded physical commodities, as well as cash commodities resulting from any of the foregoing positions.
Goldman means Xxxxxxx, Sachs & Co.
Morgan Stanley Broker means a broker-dealer affiliated with Morgan Stanley.
Banker s acceptance” means a time draft that is drawn on and accepted by a bank and that represents an irrevocable obligation of the bank.
Related Securities means any options or warrants or other rights to acquire Shares or any securities exchangeable or exercisable for or convertible into Shares, or to acquire other securities or rights ultimately exchangeable or exercisable for or convertible into Shares.
Futures means a futures contract which gives the buyer the obligation to purchase a specific asset, and the seller to sell and deliver that asset at a specific future date, unless such contract is terminated prior to such date for any reason;
Bulk commodities means the following commodities, when shipped in rail tank cars, tanker trucks, trailers, other bulk wheeled conveyances, or pipelines:
Commodity Futures Trading Commission means the independent regulatory agency established by congress to administer the Commodity Exchange Act.
