Brookfield Consortium Member definition

Brookfield Consortium Member means Brookfield Asset Management Inc. or any controlled Affiliate of Brookfield Asset Management Inc. or any Person of which Brookfield Asset Management Inc. or any Subsidiary or controlled Affiliate of Brookfield Asset Management Inc. is a general partner, managing member or equivalent thereof or a wholly owned subsidiary of the foregoing.
