Examples of BRT Project in a sentence

  • If such termination is prior to final completion of the BRT Project, any excess amounts of the BRT Project Estimated Costs on deposit with PSTA, after PSTA has made payment for any costs incurred for the BRT Project prior to such termination, shall be returned to the City.

  • The BRT Project Cost Estimate shall not include proportionate funding from state or federal grants toward the BRT Project, which may be received by PSTA.

  • PSTA will endeavor to complete the design and construction of the BRT Project and begin operations by October 1, 2020; however, this time may be extended in PSTA’s sole discretion.

  • If there is an increase in the BRT Project Cost Estimate or if the actual costs of the City’s proportionate share of the BRT Project exceeds the BRT Project Cost Estimate, PSTA shall notify the City and the City shall pay such increase or difference to PSTA within twenty (20) days.

  • This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue through the design and construction of the BRT Project and the operation of the BRT Route for so long as the BRT Route is in service, unless and until this Agreement is terminated earlier pursuant to its terms or the City becomes a member of the Pinellas Suncoast Transit Area (Contract Term).

  • In the event PSTA, in its sole discretion, determines that sufficient budgeted funds are not available to appropriate for completion of the BRT Project or operation of the BRT Route, PSTA shall notify the City of such occurrence and this Agreement shall terminate on the last day of the current fiscal period without any penalty or expense to PSTA.

  • Within twenty (20) days of receipt of PSTA submitting the BRT Project Cost Estimate to the City, the City shall pay the amount of the BRT Project Cost Estimate to PSTA.

  • PSTA shall cause the BRT Project engineer to provide a cost estimate of the City’s proportionate share of the capital costs for the design and construction of the BRT Project (the BRT Project Cost Estimate).

  • Upon obtaining funding, PSTA will cause the design, construction, and operation of such route, and the design, construction and maintenance of two (2) bus station/stops to be located within the City (collectively referred to as the BRT Project).

  • PSTA shall use the funding received from the City pursuant to section 6(a) of this Agreement toward the design and construction of the BRT Project.

  • Solar PV Project means the solar Photo Voltaic Power project that uses sunlight for direct conversion into electricity through Photo Voltaic technology.

  • Sub-project means a specific development project to be carried out by a Beneficiary utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan;
