Redevelopment Project Area definition

Redevelopment Project Area means an area designated by the municipality, which is not less in the aggregate than 1 1/2 acres and in respect to which the municipality has made a finding that there exist conditions which cause the area to be classified as an industrial park conservation area or a blighted area or a conservation area, or a combination of both blighted areas and conservation areas.
Redevelopment Project Area means a redevelopment project area that (1) is intended to quality (or has subsequently qualified) as a “redevelopment project area” under the Act and (2) is subject to theinterested parties” registry requirements of the Act.
Redevelopment Project Area means that certain real property situated in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska which has been declared blighted and substandard by the City pursuant to the Act, and which is more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. All such legal descriptions are subject to change based upon any re-platting requested by the Redeveloper and approved by the City.

More Definitions of Redevelopment Project Area

Redevelopment Project Area has been declared blighted and substandard by action of the Grand Island City Council on December 19, 2000.[§18-2109] Such declaration was made after a public hearing with full compliance with the public notice requirements of §18-2115 of the Act.
