Btu Content means the gross number of Btu's produced by the complete combustion, at constant pressure, of one cubic foot of Gas, measured at the pressure base and temperature base of the. Transporter and under standard gravitational force (acceleration of 980.665 cm per second) with air of the same pressure and temperature of the Gas when the products of combustion are cooled to the initial temperature of the gas and air and when the water formed by combustion is condensed to the liquid state. The Btu content of the Gas so determined shall be expressed in Btu per cubic foot of Gas and reported at the pressure base and temperature base of the Transporter.
