Building Premises definition

Building Premises means and include the said Premises and the New Building with the Common Areas and installations and may Include the added Areas in the eventuality and on the terms and conditions as contained in clause 10 and its sub clauses below;
Building Premises. , in relation to a building, means the building and the land on which it is situated."capital investment value" of a development or project includes all costs necessary to establish and operate the project, including the design and construction of buildings, structures, associated infrastructure and fixed or mobile plant and equipment,
Building Premises means approximately 568,000 square feet (it being agreed that such square footage is subject to measurement as hereinafter provided) of the Building more particularly described in Exhibit B-2 annexed hereto.

Examples of Building Premises in a sentence

  • Landlord shall have the exclusive right to select the company(ies) providing electrical service to the Building, Premises and Property, to aggregate the electrical service for the Building, Premises and Property with other buildings, to purchase electricity for the Building, Premises and Property through a broker and/or buyers group and to change the providers and/or manner of purchasing electricity from time to time.

  • Except as provided in this Paragraph 15, there shall be no abatement of rent and no liability of Landlord by reason of any injury to or interference with Tenant's business or property arising from the making of any such repairs, alterations or improvements in or to the Building, Premises or fixtures, appurtenances and equipment.

  • At the termination of this tenancy Tenant shall promptly return to Landlord all keys to the Building, Premises and toilet rooms.

  • Authority hereby agrees to lease to Company and Company hereby agrees to lease from Authority in support of Company’s Cargo Business certain space in the Cargo Building, the general location of which is depicted on Exhibit A-1, General Location of Premises, dated , and more particularly depicted on Exhibit A-2, Cargo Building Premises Detail, dated Approximately square feet of operations space in Suite of the Cargo Building (Warehouse Space).

  • The Tenant, upon termination of the tenancy, shall deliver to the Landlord the keys to the Building, Premises, rooms and toilet rooms which shall have been furnished and shall pay the Landlord the cost of replacing any lost key or of changing the lock or locks opened by such lost key if Landlord deems it necessary to make such change.

  • Tenant is prohibited from bringing and/or storing bicycles, scooters, or mopeds anywhere in the Building, Premises, on breezeways, or in designated car parking.

More Definitions of Building Premises

Building Premises means as assigned to it in Exhibit C annexed to the Lease Deed
Building Premises means the Building and the area within and appurtenant to the Building designated for use in common by all tenants of the Building and their respective employees, agents, customers, invitees and others including by way of illustration, but not limitation, sidewalks, landscaped areas, parking areas and driveways appurtenant to the Building, and as depicted on Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. The area of the Building Premises may be adjusted from time to time as necessary; provided that any such adjustment shall not materially impact Tenant’s rights to use the Leased Premises and other areas of the Park as provided in this Section 1.2.
Building Premises means 350,000 square feet of office and commercial/industrial space, including the floor and ceiling slabs, interior walls separating such premises from adjacent premises, the inside surface of the walls, ceilings and floors of such premises, exterior and interior doors and the interior surfaces of windows, all mechanical and electrical and water, gas, sewage, telephone and other communications facilities and electric power services and utilities for the exclusive use of the Tenant and found within the Premises and all heating, ventilating and air-conditioning equipment for the exclusive use of the Premises; and

Related to Building Premises

  • Subleased Premises means all that portion of the Leased Premises referred to as airport lot as outlined on the site diagram attached as Schedule "A" to this Sublease; and

  • School premises means either of the following:

  • Expansion Space means any space in the Building which, at any time during the Lease Term, is occupied by a Person other than Landlord under a written lease with Landlord, and the term “Tenant’s Expansion Space” means Expansion Space which Tenant has elected to lease as provided in this paragraph. Landlord agrees to notify Tenant promptly after Landlord learns that any Expansion Space is or will become available. Subject to the prior rights of other tenants to whom Landlord has granted substantially similar rights, Tenant has the option to lease any Expansion Space which Landlord notifies Tenant is or will become available. If Tenant gives Landlord notice of its exercise of this option within thirty (30) days after notification from Landlord of the availability of the Expansion Space and if no Event of Default exists when Tenant’s notice is given, this Lease will be deemed to be amended to include Tenant’s Expansion Space as part of the Premises for the remainder of the Lease Term upon all of the same terms contained in this Lease except that (i) the Rentable Area of the Premises will be amended to include Tenant’s Expansion Space; (ii) Tenant’s Share will be increased to include the rentable area of Tenant’s Expansion Space; (iii) the Term Commencement Date with respect to Tenant’s Expansion Space will be the earlier of sixty (60) days after the date on which Tenant’s Expansion Space becomes vacant and ready for occupancy (provided that date is at least sixty (60) days after Tenant exercises its option to lease the Expansion Space), or the date on which the Expansion Space is first occupied by Tenant; (iv) if Tenant’s Expansion Space contains a rentable area of 10,000 square feet or more, and if there are less than three (3) Lease Years remaining in the Lease Term, the Lease Term will be extended to include three (3) full years from the Term Commencement Date with respect to Tenant’s Expansion Space; and (v) subject to adjustment during each Fixed Rental Period as provided in Exhibit E, Basic Rent for each year of the remaining Lease Term (as it may be extended) will be the greater of (a) the Basic Rent last paid by the Person most recently occupying Tenant’s Expansion Space or (b) Market Rent determined as provided in the Rent Rider attached as Exhibit E. If Tenant exercises this option, Tenant’s Expansion Space will be leased to Tenant in its “as is” condition and Tenant will, at its expense and in compliance with the provisions of Section 7.06, design and construct all Improvements desired by Tenant for its use and occupancy. Landlord and Tenant agree to execute such amendments to this Lease and other instruments as either of them considers necessary or desirable to reflect Tenant’s exercise of this option.

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.

  • Leased Premises means the premises which are material to the Company or any Subsidiary and which the Company or any Subsidiary occupies or proposes to occupy as a tenant, sub-tenant or occupant;
