Bulk Oil Cargo Fee definition

Bulk Oil Cargo Fee has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 3.1 of this Agreement;
Bulk Oil Cargo Fee means the fee established pursuant to the Canada Shipping Act as publis hed in the Canada Gazette.
