Transportation Agreement definition
Transportation Agreement means an agreement pursuant to the Tariff under which Transporter provides Transportation or other contract services to a Shipper.
Transportation Agreement means the applicable agreement in place from time to time between Southern and Plant Supplier which covers the transportation of the gas to the Plant to be processed hereunder.
