Bulk Sales Act definition

Bulk Sales Act means the Bulk Sales Act (Ontario).
Bulk Sales Act shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.8 hereof.
Bulk Sales Act means legislation, in any jurisdiction, designed to notify or protect creditors of an entity which sells, or agrees to sell, all, or any substantial portion, of the assets used in that entity's business.

Any reference to a provision of the Gaming Machines Act includes a reference to the same or similar provision in any legislation replacing, amending or modifying the Gaming Machines Act however that provision may be amended in that legislation.

  • PPS Act means the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth).

  • CARES Act means the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act.

  • FW Act means the Fair Work Act 2009, as amended from time to time.

  • FAIS Act means the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, 2002 (Act No. 37 of 2002);

  • FCC Regulations means the regulations duly and lawfully promulgated by the FCC, as in effect from time to time.

  • Radio Regulations means the Radio Regulations annexed to, or regarded as being annexed to, the most recent International Telecommunication Convention which may be in force at any time.

  • Foreign Corrupt Practices Act means the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of the United States, 15 U.S.C. Sections 78a, 78m, 78dd-1, 78dd-2, 78dd-3, and 78ff, as amended, if applicable, or any similar law of the jurisdiction where the Property is located or where the Company or any of its Subsidiaries transacts business or any other jurisdiction, if applicable.
