Bulk Sales Act definition

Bulk Sales Act means the Bulk Sales Act (Ontario).

Bulk Sales Act. Seller shall have complied with all Applicable Laws pertaining to or arising under the bulk sales laws of the jurisdictions which regulate Seller's Business activities.
