Bulk Sales Act definition

Bulk Sales Act means the Bulk Sales Act (Ontario).
Bulk Sales Act means legislation, in any jurisdiction, designed to notify or protect creditors of an entity which sells, or agrees to sell, all, or any substantial portion, of the assets used in that entity's business.
Bulk Sales Act means the Bulk Sales Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. B-14, as amended.

  • FAIS Act means the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, 2002 (Act No. 37 of 2002);
