Bundled REC definition

Bundled REC means a REC that, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, is generated by the Facility and delivered simultaneously and directly to PGE together with the equivalent quantity of Energy generated by the Facility as a single bundled Product, as represented by the lesser of the final e-Tag or the actual Facility Output on an hourly basis.
Bundled REC means a REC procured or sold together with Energy as a “bundled” commodity.

Examples of Bundled REC in a sentence

  • Seller shall be responsible for attaching, in accordance with all current WREGIS operating rules, all available and applicable NERC e-tags pertaining to the corresponding Bundled REC before such Bundled REC is transferred to PGE in WREGIS.

  • The Product is a Resource Contingent Bundled REC sourced from the Generating Facilities.

  • The Replacement Bundled REC price shall be determined by Utility taking the lower of two dealer quotes representing a live offer to sell bundled RECs in a quantity sufficient to cover the REC Shortfall.

  • In the case of a REC Shortfall, Seller shall owe Utility the Replacement Bundled REC price, identified by Utility, multiplied by the REC Shortfall.

  • Contractor agrees to provide a lien removal bond at no cost to the Owner or its representatives within 15 days from request by the Owner or the Owner’s representatives.

  • Unscheduled Rebalance means an unscheduled rebalance occurring on a Valuation Date on which the rebalancing mechanism built in the relevant Index or Investment Strategy in respect of a Series of ETP Securities has been triggered by a change in the price of the corresponding Reference Asset of such Index or Investment Strategy by more than the relevant trigger level for the Index or Investment Strategy in accordance with its methodology.

  • Scheduled Receivables Payment means, with respect to any Collection Period for any Receivable, the amount set forth in such Receivable as required to be paid by the Obligor in such Collection Period. If after the Closing Date, the Obligor’s obligation under a Receivable with respect to a Collection Period has been modified so as to differ from the amount specified in such Receivable as a result of (i) the order of a court in an insolvency proceeding involving the Obligor, (ii) pursuant to the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act or (iii) modifications or extensions of the Receivable permitted by Section 4.2(b), the Scheduled Receivables Payment with respect to such Collection Period shall refer to the Obligor’s payment obligation with respect to such Collection Period as so modified.

  • Scheduled Redetermination has the meaning assigned such term in Section 2.07(b).

  • Scheduled Reference Date means any original date that, but for the occurrence of an event causing a Disrupted Day, would have been a Reference Date.

  • Scheduled Repayment shall have the meaning provided in Section 4.02(a).

  • Scheduled Redetermination Date means the date on which a Borrowing Base that has been redetermined pursuant to a Scheduled Redetermination becomes effective as provided in Section 2.07(d).

  • Scheduled Tribes means such tribes or tribal communities or parts of or groups within, such tribes or tribal communities as are deemed to be Scheduled Tribes in relation to the State of Maharashtra under article 342 of the Constitution of India residing in any part of the State of Maharashtra;

  • Final Scheduled Distribution Date means, with respect to the Class A-1 Notes, the Distribution Date in [_______]; with respect to the Class A-2 Notes, the Distribution Date in [_______]; with respect to the Class A-3 Notes, the Distribution Date in [_______]; with respect to the Class B Notes, the Distribution Date in [_______]; with respect to the Class C Certificates, the Distribution Date in [_______]; and with respect to the Class D Certificates, the Distribution Date in [_______].

  • Restructuring Period means, whether or not there are Rated Securities at the time a Restructuring Event occurs, the period of 45 days starting from and including the day on which that Restructuring Event occurs.

  • Scheduled Airline means any civilian aircraft operated by a civilian scheduled air carrier holding a certificate, license or similar authorization for civilian scheduled air carrier transport issued by the country of the aircraft’s registry, and which in accordance therewith flies, maintains and publishes tariffs for regular passenger service between named cities at regular and specified times, on regular or chartered flights operated by such carrier.

  • Source changer means a device designed and used for replacement of sealed sources in radiographic exposure devices, including those source changers also used for transporting and storage of sealed sources.

  • Unscheduled Downtime means any time when any or all of the applications and Services provided by the Supplier to the Customer shall be unavailable to the Customer due to unexpected system failures other than Scheduled Downtime or the downtime is attributable to events not under the control of the Supplier.

  • Failed Remarketing has the meaning specified in Section 5.4(b)(ii).

  • Unbilled Receivable means, at any time, any Receivable as to which the invoice or xxxx with respect thereto has not yet been sent to the Obligor thereof.

  • Scheduled Castes means such castes, races or tribes or parts of, or groups within, such castes, races or tribes as are deemed to be Scheduled Castes, in relation to the State of Maharashtra under article 341 of the Constitution of India;
