Scheduled Repayment has the meaning provided in Section 2.13(b).

Scheduled Repayment means any Tranche B Term Loan Scheduled Repayment, any Tranche C Term Loan Scheduled Repayment and/or any Incremental Term Loan Scheduled Repayment of any Tranche, as the context may require.

• The Term Loan shall be repaid by Borrower on the dates specified on Exhibit B-4 of this Agreement (each a “Scheduled Repayment Date”) by the amount set out opposite each Scheduled Repayment Date (each a “Scheduled Repayment Amount”) and in accordance with the Term Loan Amortization Schedule.

More Definitions of Scheduled Repayment

Scheduled Repayment means any Scheduled A Repayment or any Scheduled B Repayment.
