Special Account means the account referred to in Section 2.02 (b) of this Agreement;
Commercial account means an arrangement whereby a retail distributor sells hazardous chemicals to an employer, generally in large quantities over time and/or at costs that are below the regular retail price.
Initial Account has the meaning specified in the Transfer Agreement.
Subsidy Account If the Trust Estate contains any Subsidy Loans, the deposit account or accounts created and maintained by the Servicer for deposit of Subsidy Funds and amounts payable under interest subsidy agreements relating to mortgage loans other than the Mortgage Loans.
Sub-Account means any of the individual sub-accounts of a Participant's Separate Account that is maintained as provided in Article VIII.
Custodial Account The separate account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 4.04.
Concentration Account has the meaning provided in Section 6.13(c).
Special Accounts means the accounts referred to in Section 2.02 (b) of this Agreement;
Cash Account has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(ii).
Matching Account means the account maintained on the books of the Employer for the purpose of accounting for the Matching Amount and for the amount of investment return credited thereto for each Participant pursuant to Article V.
Controlled Disbursement Account means any accounts of the Borrowers maintained with the Administrative Agent as a zero balance, cash management account pursuant to and under any agreement between a Borrower and the Administrative Agent, as modified and amended from time to time, and through which all disbursements of a Borrower, any other Loan Party and any designated Subsidiary of a Borrower are made and settled on a daily basis with no uninvested balance remaining overnight.
Additional Account means each New Account and each Aggregate Addition Account.
Concentration Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.
Financial Account means an account maintained by a Financial Institution, and includes:
(1) in the case of an Entity that is a Financial Institution solely because it is an Investment Entity, any equity or debt interest (other than interests that are regularly traded on an established securities market) in the Financial Institution;
(2) in the case of a Financial Institution not described in subparagraph 1(q)(1) of this Article, any equity or debt interest in the Financial Institution (other than interests that are regularly traded on an established securities market), if (i) the value of the debt or equity interest is determined, directly or indirectly, primarily by reference to assets that give rise to U.S. Source Withholdable Payments, and (ii) the class of interests was established with a purpose of avoiding reporting in accordance with this Agreement; and
(3) any Cash Value Insurance Contract and any Annuity Contract issued or maintained by a Financial Institution, other than a noninvestment- linked, nontransferable immediate life annuity that is issued to an individual and monetizes a pension or disability benefit provided under an account that is excluded from the definition of Financial Account in Annex II. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the term “Financial Account” does not include any account that is excluded from the definition of Financial Account in Annex II. For purposes of this Agreement, interests are “regularly traded” if there is a meaningful volume of trading with respect to the interests on an ongoing basis, and an “established securities market” means an exchange that is officially recognized and supervised by a governmental authority in which the market is located and that has a meaningful annual value of shares traded on the exchange. For purposes of this subparagraph 1(q), an interest in a Financial Institution is not “regularly traded” and shall be treated as a Financial Account if the holder of the interest (other than a Financial Institution acting as an intermediary) is registered on the books of such Financial Institution. The preceding sentence will not apply to interests first registered on the books of such Financial Institution prior to July 1, 2014, and with respect to interests first registered on the books of such Financial Institution on or after July 1, 2014, a Financial Institution is not required to apply the preceding sentence prior to January 1, 2016.
Operating Account means a demand deposit account maintained at the Funding Bank in Borrower's name and designated for funding that portion of each Eligible Loan not funded by a Warehousing Advance made against that Eligible Loan and for returning any excess payment from an Investor for a Pledged Loan or Pledged Security.
Aggregate Account means, with respect to each Participant, the value of all accounts maintained on behalf of a Participant, whether attributable to Employer or Employee contributions, subject to the provisions of Section 9.2.
Loan Combination Custodial Account means the “Loan Combination Custodial Account” or analogous account established for the Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
Primary Account or “Settlement Account” shall mean, in case of multiple Accounts linked to the ATM/Debit Card, the Account that has been designated as being the main/first Account of operation i.e. the Account from which purchase transactions, charges and fees related to the ATM/Debit Card are debited.
Custodial Accounts Each custodial account (other than an Escrow Account) established and maintained by a Servicer pursuant to a Purchasing and Servicing Agreement or Servicing Agreement, as applicable.
Seller Account shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.
Accumulation Account The account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.01(a)(iii) of the Trust Sale and Servicing Agreement.

Billing Account is the checking account from which all Service fees will be automatically debited.
Business Account means an Account used primarily for business purposes and not for personal, family, or household purposes.
Disbursement Account means, in respect of each Tranche, the bank account set out in the most recent List of Authorised Signatories and Accounts.
Buydown Fund Account A separate account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 3.02 (a) with the corporate trust department of the Trustee or another financial institution approved by the Master Servicer, (b) within FDIC insured accounts (or other accounts with comparable insurance coverage acceptable to the Rating Agencies) created, maintained and monitored by a Servicer or (c) in a separate non-trust account without FDIC or other insurance in an Eligible Institution. Such account or accounts may be non-interest bearing or may bear interest. In the event that a Buydown Fund Account is established pursuant to clause (b) of the preceding sentence, amounts held in such Buydown Fund Account shall not exceed the level of deposit insurance coverage on such account; accordingly, more than one Buydown Fund Account may be established.
