Bus Kilometres definition

Bus Kilometres means kilometres travelled by a Vehicle. The Bus Kilometres on Routes as determined by multiplying the number of Trips as set out in the Schedule, multiplied by the Trip Distance;
Bus Kilometres means kilometres travelled by a Vehicle on or outside the Corridor including Bus Scheduled Positioning Kilometres but excluding Engineering Kilometres.   • The Operator shall be paid based on the Bus Kilometres logged and verified in this manner according to the Kilometre Charge fixed.

  • The frequency of operation of Buses shall be measured on a quarterly basis in terms of percentage of the cumulative trips travelled by all Buses to the aggregate number of scheduled trips (“Trip Frequency”) and a percentage of the cumulative Bus Kilometres operated to the aggregate scheduled Bus Kilometres (“Bus Kms Frequency”), respectively.

  • For each Bus that has been put into regular operations from the date of COD of 1st Lot of Buses, the Operator shall submit an invoice in respect of the Bus Kilometres plied by the Bus during a month within 7 (seven) days of the end of previous month(the “Payment Period”) in format provided in Schedule XI.

  • The payment for Bus Kilometres up to Assured Bus Kilometres per each Contracted Bus deployed shall be calculated as Payment = Applicable Kilometre Charge for Contracted Bus x [Operated KM] Any Fines levied shall be adjusted from the Aggregate Payment subject provisions of this Agreement.

  • In the event the Authority is unable to demand from the Operator, Bus Kilometres up to Annual Assured Bus Kilometre, the Authority will pay to the Operator, in addition to the payments made for Bus Service based on invoices presented by the Operator, an amount equal to the PK Fee multiplied by the difference in utilised Bus Service and the Annual Assured Bus Kilometres.
