Business Integration definition

Business Integration has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1, Paragraph 1.
Business Integration means the integration of businesses and management of the Groups.
Business Integration means the integration of the business operations of the UFJ Group with the business operations of the MTFG Group as contemplated under this Agreement.
