Examples of Business Segments in a sentence
In the event that the Closing Payment at the Closing in respect of any European Target Company is reduced by any Holdback Amount, then, as deferred purchase price payments in respect of the European Target Companies, at each subsequent Closing (if any), an amount in Dollars equal to the Holdback Amount in respect of the Target Business Segment(s) that is the subject of such subsequent Closing shall be payable by wire transfer in immediately available funds to one or more accounts designated by Parent.
Make any changes with respect to the Business Segments of the Loan Parties, and the identities of the Subsidiaries included in each such Business Segment, from the structure set forth in Schedule S-1.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Closings associated with the three Target Business Segments may occur on three separate dates.

If, following such effort to resolve a bona fide deadlock between the parties, the parties are still unable to reach consensus on how to respond to the commercial opportunity within the Exclusive Common Business Segments, then either party shall be free to engage in the business opportunity in question.
This right of first refusal will not apply to any function or Business Segments developed or acquired by the Plan after the date of this Agreement, and BCBSUW will not be obligated to make BCBSSC aware of any such functionality or Business Segment.
