Buyer Document definition

Buyer Document means a Transaction Document to which the Buyer is a party.
Buyer Document and “Buyer Documents” shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.2.2(a).
Buyer Document means any document issued by the Buyer requesting or requiring the Seller to proceed with the provision of Goods including but not limited to purchase orders, letters of intent, terms of sale, supply agreement or purchase agreement.
