Buyer Statement definition

Buyer Statement has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 12.2(g).

  • In the event Buyer has any good faith questions or comments relating to the Final Credits to Buyer Statement, Seller shall respond promptly and work in good faith with Buyer to answer such questions and comments and shall promptly amend and re-deliver to Buyer the Final Credit to Buyer Statement as may be appropriate under the circumstances.
