Wading pool means a shallow pool, with sides 15 inches or less in height, capable of being dumped to change water and used primarily for small children.
Swimming pool or “pool” means any structure intended for swimming or recreational bathing that contains water over 18 inches deep. “Swimming pool” includes in-ground and aboveground structures and includes, but is not limited to, hot tubs, spas, portable spas, and nonportable wading pools.
Public swimming pool means any structure, chamber, or tank containing an
Contract for Differences (“CFD”) shall mean a contract, which is a contract for differences by reference to variations in the price of an Underlying Asset. A CFD is a Financial Instrument.
