BV Borrower definition

BV Borrower means MacDermid Agricultural Solutions Holdings B.V., a company organized under the laws of the Netherlands having its seat in Amsterdam and registered with the Dutch trade register under number 61196029.
BV Borrower has the meaning specified in the introductory paragraph to this Agreement.
BV Borrower means Interface Europe B.V., a private limited liability company organized under the laws of the Netherlands.
